Q: My picture is not showing on my profile. What's happening?
A: First, make sure the image you are attempting to upload is in one of the formats Model Talent Network accepts (.gif, .jpg, .png, .bmp). Next, make sure the filename is simple and short, with no spaces or funny characters. "Image.jpg" is a good filnename "p!hoto~~.jpg" is probably not going to work. Next, make sure the filename is less than 1500k. We do not allow images over 1500k. If none of these things work, it's possible that the image is corrupted.

Q: How can I resize an image for optimum display on the site?
A: The proportion height / width should be 1,1.
Example 1:
If you have a picture with width 500px the height should be 550px (500*1.1).
Example 2:
If you have a picture with width 345px the height should be 379px (345*1.1).
There are several free softwares for cropping images.

Q: Having problems uploading images on the website ?
A: Possible causes are:
1) The image is too big.
Keep the image's width at no more than 1000 px, resizing it proportionally. Do not upload photos bigger than 1 Mb.
2) Image has an unknown format for the website.
Upload only "jpg" or "png" images.
3) The image's name contain special characters. (!@#$%^&*~`'";,\/+)
Example: "sandy&me!.jpg"
Please rename your image with a simpler name which contain only letters and no blank spaces or any unusual characters.
Example: "sandyme.jpg"
2) The image is corrupted.
Try to open the image with IfranView or any other photography software and save the image under another name.
